Does the profile of a ladder section not fit into the previous ladder section profile?
It is not possible to insert the ladder section type 150/200 KG onto a ladder section 200/250 KG. Info for load capacity, profile and possibilities to insert are shown in the video.
Does the platform not move upwards and not downwards despite travel command?
The Stop switch may not be unlocked or the micro fuse is not functional.
Check that the stop switch is unlocked.
Press the stop switch and then turn clockwise to unlock. The stop switch must be noticeably disengaged. See details in the picture.
Are the primary and secondary fuse of the LIFT functional?
Fuse test for primary and secondary fuse according to details from the video.
DANGER: The fuse test to be only be carried out by qualified electrical personnel!
Can the rope not be retracted although it was possible to extend the rope?
The limit switch may not be plugged in or may not be functioning.
Plug in the limit switch and mount it on top at the desired stop position.
Give the UP-command on the manual control to retract the rope. Pictures for plug and limit switch info are shown in the graphic below
Does the trolley not move up and down in the ladder section functional?
The trolley may have retracted into the ladder section in the wrong orientation. Brake cams of trolley do not unlock if the orientation is wrong. Check orientation and turn if necessary.
Info video shows correct orientation as well as the function of the trolley.
Does the platform move with payload unreliable upwards, but reliable downwards?
For a strategic diagnostic, please check the following 3 possibilities.
Is the load on the platform possibly higher than the max. payload?
If load on the platform is higher than the max. payload, the motor cannot move the platform upwards. In case, remove load from the platform until the load is below the max. payload.
Does the platform still not move reliably upwards and is the LIFT supplied by an extension cord with voltage?
Extension cord to have max. 50 meters and min. 3x2.5mm² cross section. If the extension cord is incorrectly dimensioned, the motor will not get sufficiently supplied due to the voltage loss. Therefor the platform cannot move upwards under load.
Does the platform still not move reliably upwards?
The value of the operation-capacitor may no longer be sufficient. Perform a test drive without load. Then perform a test drive with low load and with permissible load on the platform. If the test drive without load works reliably but the test drive with load does not work, then capacity of the operation-capacitor may no longer be sufficient. Contact your service center to check the operating capacitor and for further troubleshooting.
Is the rope spooled in a tangled way?
The video explains the continuous spooling of the rope.
