3. Purposes of processing and legal basis
We process the following personal data when you use the GEDA-Central online platform:
- Contact details (last name, first name, email address, role)
- Data communicated by post, electronically and by phone
Processing when performing contractual obligations
We collect and process your personal data to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to perform our contractual obligations (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Processing on the basis of legitimate interest
We collect and process your personal data insofar as this is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests (e.g. for the purpose of direct advertising) or to safeguard the legitimate interests of a third party (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Processing based on your consent
We also collect and process your personal data with your prior consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Disclosure of data
We pass on your personal data within our company to those parts of the company that need such data to perform contractual and legal obligations or to safeguard our legitimate interests. The data is not ordinarily disclosed to a third country.
The data is only passed on to third parties:

You also have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing and to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. You are further entitled at any time to withdraw your consent to use of your personal data with effect for the future.
